These Terms of Service govern the use of the website modern-urban-guide.com and the educational program offered by Modern Urban Guide, Lička ul. 33, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or enquiring about our program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Nature of the Service

Modern Urban Guide provides an educational program consisting of three structured sessions focused on personal financial planning for individuals. The program is educational in nature. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any form of regulated financial service. We do not manage client funds, recommend specific financial products, or act as an intermediary in any financial transaction.

2. Eligibility

The program is available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By enquiring about or participating in the program, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The program is designed for residents of Croatia, though participation is not formally restricted by geography.

3. Program Engagement

Participation in the program begins when a session is scheduled and confirmed in writing or by email. The program consists of three individual sessions. The scheduling of subsequent sessions is agreed between the participant and Modern Urban Guide following each session. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a program engagement at our reasonable discretion.

4. Educational Purpose and Limitations

All content provided during the program sessions and through this website is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing communicated during sessions or through this website constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product, security, or asset. Participants are solely responsible for any financial decisions they make following participation in the program. We strongly encourage participants to consult qualified regulated professionals for specific financial, tax, or legal advice.

5. Fees and Payment

The program fee covers all three sessions. Fee details are communicated at the time of enquiry and confirmed prior to the commencement of the program. Payment terms are agreed individually. We reserve the right to adjust our fees for future program engagements with reasonable advance notice.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We ask that participants provide at least 48 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may, at our discretion, be counted as attended for the purposes of the program. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions where cancellation is due to circumstances beyond the participant's control.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all personal and financial information shared during program sessions as strictly confidential. This information is used only to deliver the program and is not shared with any third party except as required by law. Participants are encouraged to share only information they are comfortable disclosing in a professional educational context.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design elements, and structural frameworks used in the program, is the property of Modern Urban Guide or its licensors. The personal financial plan produced for a participant is for their personal use. Reproduction or commercial use of program materials without written permission is not permitted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Croatian law, Modern Urban Guide shall not be liable for any financial loss, investment loss, or consequential damages arising from a participant's use of information or frameworks provided during the program. The program is educational. Financial outcomes depend on individual decisions and circumstances that are outside our control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from these terms or from participation in the program shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Zagreb, Croatia.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or participation in the program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
